不過9日深夜，陳文茜則發文曝最新決定，「提早回世界周報主持台，免疫治療住院時再請病假」，因為她覺得雖然跨不過某些命定的結局，但還是想要用力跑，跑過這一次的悲劇，另一方面也為了轉移治療疾病身體疼痛的注意力，所以這週六日的節目，就可以看到她，也預告下一次免疫治療會在20日，到時會再請人代班主持。
